Marketing Development Executive
ClickSpeed Marketing is an interactive marketing agency providing online marketing services and technologies for businesses seeking broader reach and targeted customer acquisition. We are currently seeking an Marketing Development Executive.
The position is responsible for negotiating and selling affiliate and direct marketing solutions to small, medium and large businesses. They must develop account opportunities, effectively communicate solutions that will meet the account’s needs, and sell/close product packages to meet their business goals. This person will interface with the marketing department to define the offerings and work with management on sales strategy. New business development will be the primary focus.
This position will work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of staff including internal senior management, and external strategic business partner contacts.
Responsibilities:
- Assess potential business deals, negotiate favorable terms, and acquire prospect commitment.
- Display a thorough understanding of assigned target industries and Company's competitive advantages.
- Listen to, identify and understand prospects' viewpoint and tailor communication to meet prospect needs and expectations.
- Requires approximately 5% travel.
We offer a flexible competitive compensation and benefits package to include one or more of the following: base Salary, base salary plus attractive attainable commission program and company profit sharing program. Salary will vary based on experience.

Qualified candidates will have:
- Strategic thinking skills with proven consulting skills, with the ability to work within a team to meet sales goals and objectives
- Proven track record of marketing and/or sales success.
- Strong industry relationships.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, and succinct presentation skills to prospects at all decision-making levels.
- Self -motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and push revenue expectations
- Success in an entrepreneurial environment
- 1+ yrs hands-on experience in lead and/or affiliate marketing. Outstanding knowledge of all interactive channels and players.
- 2+ years sales experience required – preferably online advertising, direct marketing, or e-commerce industries.
- 1+ years of online sales.
- Competency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook and CRM.
